Lion's Mane, grown by hand in a converted shipping container in Hackney Wick, then triple-extracted from the whole fruiting body. One mushroom, grown by us, and nothing added.
How it's made Three separate extractions over eight weeks: first in alcohol, then twice in hot water. Water and alcohol draw out different compounds, so using both gives a fuller extract of the whole mushroom.
How to take it 1–2ml a day (about one to two full pipettes), under the tongue or stirred into a drink. It tastes earthy and mushroomy. That's how you know it's the real thing.
